August-September 2026 Rehearsal Schedule
2026-2027 Performance & Event Calendar- Times listed for performances are the times that they will be on stage/performing. Expect call times to be 15 minutes to an hour earlier than the performance time for most events. Detailed schedules with specific call times will be distributed no later than 3 weeks prior to each performance.
BAND APP- All Company Dancers should join our company Band App group here! This is where we will post rehearsal videos and reminders for upcoming events.
Absence Form- If your dancer is going to be absent then please fill out the company absence form here.
Upcoming Company Events and Activities
Company Kickoff
Our Company Kickoff party will be Friday, August 7th from 6:30-8:30 pm. This party is a fun gathering for all of our company dancers, new and returning, to come together and have some treats, play games, and get to know each other a little better. We'll also be decorating posters for the Harvey County parade, which will be the following day.
Harvey County Parade
We are walking in the Harvey County Parade Saturday, August 8th at 5:30 pm and all are invited to walk with us and help carry posters and throw candy! Everyone who wants to come should meet at the corner of First and Meridian at 5:15 pm. The parade starts at 5:30 and will go down 1st to Grandview and around the Athletic Park loop. We will stop at 1st and Grandview by the demo derby pit area for the dancers to perform and then when the parade is over we will head North to the Armory parking lot to meet up with parents. The theme is Small Town Showdown, so feel free to wear cowboy hats, boots, bandanas, and any other country gear you might have on hand.
If you would like to donate a bag of candy for us to throw at the parade then you can bring that to BCAPA any time this summer before the parade!
Company Meeting and Contracts
Our annual company meeting is scheduled for Saturday, August 15th from 2:30-3:30 pm. During this meeting I'll go over the company contract and performance calendar for the year. If possible, one parent should attend the meeting along with their dancer.
