Package Details
All Parties are 90 minutes and include: A party host, personalized digital invitations, basic decorations, paper products, a dance or Kindermusik (parent and me music and movement) class, activity books, table and chairs, set-up/clean-up for 12 children (including birthday child.) Additional children ages 1 and up are $10.00 each.
Classic Package ($200): Enjoy a stress-free celebration at BCAPA with our Classic Package. It covers a custom invitation, a dedicated party host, a 1.5-hour party room reservation, an entertaining dance or Kindermusik class, juice boxes and water for kids, activity books, Happy Birthday decorations, and all the essentials such as tables, chairs, utensils, and more for up to 12 children, including the birthday child. We've got the details covered so you can savor the moment!
Deluxe Package ($275): Elevate your party with the Deluxe Package. Priced at $275, it includes everything in the Classic Package, along with extra treats like juice and water for the kids, themed cups & plates and custom party favor bags for your guests. Parents can choose from suggested themes like Frozen, Trolls, Ballerinas, or Super heros, (contact us for a complete list of deluxe package theme options), and we'll take it from there! Let BCAPA make your child's day truly magical while you relax and celebrate.
Premium Package ($350): For the ultimate celebration, choose our Premium Package. At $350, it includes everything in the Deluxe package, plus a fully customizable theme with balloons and decorations. We will also take care of ordering and picking up cupcakes with themed toppers for your party! Plus, we’ll capture the memories with a Polaroid picture with the birthday child to send home with all of your guests. Accommodating up to 15 children, including the birthday child, this is the ultimate premium celebration, so you can relax and cherish the special day!
